Terms and Conditions Article 1. Prerequisite for Registration

In order to safeguard the rights and interests of all users, Pesowin (“the Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) requires that every prospective user (“the User”) carefully read and fully understand the contents of these Terms and Conditions prior to registration or use of any services offered by the Platform.

By completing the registration process, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to read these Terms shall not exempt the User from compliance, and any violation thereof shall be subject to the penalties or remedies provided herein and under applicable law.

Terms and Conditions Article 2. Scope of the Contract

Upon successful registration, these Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between Pesowin and the User.

This contractual relationship governs all matters relating to the provision and use of the Platform’s online gaming and related services, including but not limited to the rights and obligations of both parties, payment transactions, bonus participation, and compliance with applicable gaming regulations.

Terms and Conditions Article 3. General Terms and Conditions

Each User shall be permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account. The creation of multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited. Pesowin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate duplicate accounts and nullify any winnings, bonuses, or balances credited thereto.
The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and ensuring that no third party gains unauthorized access. Any activity recorded under a User’s account shall be deemed to have been performed by the registered User. Pesowin shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or misuse resulting from unauthorized access caused by User negligence.
The Platform strictly prohibits registration and participation by individuals under the age of eighteen (18) years or under the legal gambling age as defined by the User’s jurisdiction. Any such accounts shall be immediately terminated, and all winnings forfeited.
Pesowin reserves the absolute right to refuse registration, suspend access, or terminate any User account at its sole discretion. Submission of a registration application does not constitute acceptance into the Platform. Access may also be restricted or denied should the User’s conduct violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Pesowin reserves the exclusive right of final interpretation in cases involving bonus eligibility, promotional disputes, system malfunctions, data corruption, or other operational irregularities.
All deposits made by Users shall be subject to a minimum rollover requirement of twice (2x) the deposit amount before withdrawal requests will be processed.

Terms and Conditions Article 6. Responsible Gambling

Pesowin promotes responsible gambling and upholds a strict policy prohibiting access to its services by underage individuals or those deemed legally ineligible to participate in gaming activities.

The Platform provides guidance and resources to encourage safe and controlled play. Pesowin reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that exhibit indicators of problem gambling behavior or fail to comply with responsible gaming practices.

Terms and Conditions Article 7. Deposits and Withdrawals

All monetary transactions shall be conducted using the User’s verified personal account. Pesowin does not accept deposits or withdrawals made through third-party accounts or unverified payment methods.
All withdrawal requests are subject to verification, security checks, and fulfillment of rollover requirements. Pesowin reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or irregular activity.

The User is found to have violated these Terms and Conditions;
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct is detected;
The account is involved in activities related to money laundering or financing of unlawful operations;
False or misleading registration information has been provided.

In cases of serious misconduct, Pesowin may retain funds and report the matter to competent authorities as required by law.

Terms and Conditions Article 10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any express or implied warranties regarding continuity, accuracy, or reliability.
Pesowin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from system failures, internet connectivity issues, or unauthorized access beyond its reasonable control.
The User acknowledges that participation in online gaming involves financial risk and agrees that all wagers are made voluntarily and at their own risk.

Terms and Conditions Article 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
